Normally check-n time is after 4pm. If you plan to arrive earlier at the Villa don’t hesitate to ask us for an early check-in. We will be glad to assist you cost free, if the Villa is completely cleaned and ready.

Late check-out

Normally check-out time is until 10am. If you want to stay some more hours to have a late breakfast and coffee please inform us from the previous night.

Service cost :  ½ of the night rate for departures until 2pm , one extra night for departures after 2pm

Safety Information

Please kindly review the safety information provided, which briefly outlines how to respond in an emergency. It is strongly recommended that you stay calm and follow the instructions as delivered by our staff.

Pool Safety
Kindly note that there is no lifeguard on duty and you swim at your own risk, so check the depth labels around the pool before entering.

• Please shower before entering the pool

• Children under the age of 16 must be always accompanied by an adult

• Life saving equipment is available. Please be aware of its location

• Diving is not allowed

• Running or boisterous play are not allowed around the pool

• Do not swim within 3 hours after the consumption of food or alcohol

• No glassware or crockery are allowed around the pool area

• Food or drink is not allowed in the pool

• Pets are not allowed inside the pool

• Please do not use the swimming pool, if you have any wounds

• In case of emergency please contact the nearest member of our staff

Fire Safety
All the Villas are equipped with fire distinguishes. If you discover fire or smoke contact immediately with our staff and provide them all the necessary information such as your exact location and details about the situation.

In case of fire please act as following:

• Do not panic.

• Make your way calmly to the nearest exit, closing all the doors behind you as you leave.

• Do not stop to collect your personal belongings and ensure the door is closed behind you.

• If the closest exit is blocked, look for an alternative route to an exit which is smoke free.

• Once out of the building, go to the nearest assembly point. The meeting point is located at the big parking lot in front of the welcome building.

• Do not reenter the building until advised by Management.

Villa & Pool Cleaning

Villa Cleaning
When it comes to cleaning the Villa we do our best job to provide you a total clean and disinfected place to spend your vacation. Before your check-in, the Villa is carefully cleaned and disinfected by our well-experienced staff. During your stay, the cleaning is set every 4th day. You set the cleaning hour together with us and the cleaning lady visits you and cleans the whole Villa, she changes your linen and towels and she washes the outdoor area.

We kindly ask you to leave the Villa on the day of the cleaning, in order to allow the cleaning lady to provide you the maximum of her services.

More Cleaning Options (Extra cost)

Pool Cleaning
The cleaning of your private pool is an every-day service which is included in the price of your stay. The caretaker visits your pool every morning between 6:30 – 8:00 am and most probably you will not even notice his presence. Everyday cleaning of the pool is quite important because the sunscreen, the tanning oils and all the other products that you wear on your skin and hair are dissolved in the pool’s water and affect its pH levels. Please don’t forget to take a shower every time before you enter the pool.

*Tip for the use of the pool: All tanning oils and lotions stain the marbles around the pool and turn them to yellow. These kinds of stains are very difficult to remove. Please try to avoid sitting on the marbles, when you use such types of tanning oils and help us provide the Villa to the next guests the way you found it. We thank you in advance.

Daily cleaning or refreshing

The cleaning lady visits your Villa every 4 days. On the day of her visit she cleans the whole Villa and changes the bed linen and the towels. If you wish a more often cleaning of the Villa you can choose one of the services below:

Daily Cleaning: This service refers to a daily cleaning of the whole Villa, which includes changing of the bed linen and the towels.

Service cost : 50€

Daily refreshing: This service refers to a daily refresh of the Villa, which includes wiping and mopping of the floor, garbage throwing and bed making.

Service cost: 30€

Groceries Stocking
Why go to the grocery store, when we can do it for you? Inform us and we will make sure to have a basket with the freshest seasonal vegetables waiting for you.
